Recently, the hydraulic flat valve control system developed by our company for a certain unit of PetroChina has been officially delivered for use.
This hydraulic flat valve control system is used for fracturing and acidizing operations at surface wellheads. Through this control system, it is possible to control the opening and closing of 18 sets of hydraulic flat gate valves in the pipeline manifold by means of local button control and remote communication computer human-machine interface software control.
This system consists of three parts:
1. The on-site part includes: valve position switches, hydraulic pipelines, hydraulic quick connectors, and power supply cables.
2. The hydraulic control cabinet part: includes an electric hydraulic pump, accumulator, three-position four-way solenoid valve (explosion-proof), indicator lights + buttons (explosion-proof), an electrical control box (explosion-proof), quick hydraulic interfaces, an electrical control system, a PLC control system, a remote communication control system, and other hydraulic components, all integrated in a container.
3. The remote control part is equipped with a 14-inch laptop computer control system and communication cables.
The main functional features of the system:
1. Local control of the control cabinet: 18 electrical control buttons are used to control the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve to execute the control of the opening/closing of the hydraulic flat valve.
2. The local control panel can display in real time: system pressure, working pressure, valve position switch status indicator lights, and the pressure status shown on the pressure gauge, etc.
3. Remote status monitoring and control functions. It is possible to view the system pressure and the opening and closing status of the hydraulic flat valve through the remote monitoring panel, and also remotely control the opening and closing of the hydraulic flat valve.
4. Remote control communication method: Operated through the human-machine interface of a 14-inch laptop computer with a specially customized software, which is convenient for human-machine operation. The interface displays key data such as flat valve operation buttons, valve position switch status, and system pressure display.
The central control room communicates and controls with this control cabinet system through an Ethernet port, and the communication distance is 100 meters.
This equipment meets the climatic conditions of -29°C to +70°C and the construction operation requirements in oilfield areas. The entire set of equipment is advanced in design, reasonable in layout, reliable in performance, and easy to maintain. The product complies with the HSE standards of the oilfield site, and the design, manufacturing, and acceptance comply with relevant industry standards.
