The electric choke manifold control panel series products remotely control the opening of hydraulic valves (throttle valves), with the manifold pressure (including standpipe pressure, casing pressure, pressure before and after throttling, etc.) and the throttle valve opening position displayed on the control panel, to maintain bottom hole pressure. They are the equipment indispensable for successfully controlling well surges and blowouts, and for implementing oil and gas well pressure control technology. They control the hydraulic throttle valve through remote operation to effectively monitor the manual control valve.

 

Performance and features

 

The performance characteristics mainly lie in recording of max. burst pressure, stepless adjustability of test pressure, pressure relief safety protection, automatic shutdown and alarm function, use of fittings and pipes made of 316 stainless steel, and applicability to various gases and liquids.

This series of control box products are equipped with standpipe pressure gauge, casing pressure gauge, valve opening gauge, oil pressure gauge, three-position four-way manual directional valve, with the system pressure, standpipe pressure, casing pressure, hydraulic throttle valve opening position, number of strokes and cumulative number of strokes of three mud pumps displayed on the control panel, to maintain bottomhole pressure. They are the equipment indispensable for successfully controlling well surges and blowouts and for implementing oil and gas well pressure control technology.

5. Wide range of control objects–suitable for both wedge-type and orifice plate-type throttle valves due to its adjustable hydraulic pressure output range of 2.0~9.0 MPa.

6. The electric hydraulic pump delivers constant output flow, providing higher flow rates and faster pressure replenishment compared to conventional pneumatic hydraulic pumps. The system is equipped with automatic pressure compensation capability.
