As the core equipment of oil and gas well pressure management systems, the hydraulic choke manifold control panel achieves precise regulation of downhole pressure through remote control methods. The core functionality of this system lies in enabling operators to remotely adjust pipeline pressure parameters, effectively maintaining dynamic equilibrium of downhole pressure while ensuring well control safety. This non-contact operation mode not only significantly reduces wellhead operation risks, but also remarkably enhances both response speed and regulation accuracy in oil and gas well pressure management.

 

Performance and features

 

This series of well control choke manifold control panel is pneumatically driven, categorized into pneumatic and electro-pneumatic control units. The system incorporates a remote control module for hydraulic throttle valves, which through the choke manifold control panel provides real-time visualization of standpipe/casing pressure parameters and throttle valve opening status. When equipped with optional pump stroke counters, it simultaneously monitors stroke counts and operating frequencies of three mud pumps. As core equipment for well control safety, this system dynamically adjusts throttling parameters to continuously maintain wellbore pressure equilibrium, delivering critical technical support for secure drilling process control.

Product Advantage

 

1. The three-position four-way manual directional valve without leakage can be used, and the operating torque is small to ensure the accuracy of the throttle valve position switch and the constancy of the throttle valve position switch.

2. The throttle valve can be opened/closed in 20S under product test conditions.

3. The control box's control pressure can be configured according to the rated working pressure required for throttle valve actuation, adapting to various operational requirements.

4. The insulation system can be added to heat the hydraulic oil and pneumatic pipeline in the tank to ensure the viscosity of the oil in the cold region and avoid the ice blockage of the pneumatic reversing valve caused by water vapor in the air source.

5. The backup air source can be installed to supply power to the valve position sensor and valve position indicator during air supply interruptions, ensuring data availability for emergency manual operations.

6. Standpipe and casing pressure data are collected via hydraulic sensing methods, offering fast response, high precision, excellent stability, and mature technology, along with inherent explosion-proof capabilities; additionally, the system operates passively (independent of air and power sources).

7. Data is displayed via a 360° pointer-type large dial for intuitive visualization, with a resolution of up to 20 PSI and sunlight-readable visibility.

8. Pneumatic hydraulic pump technology is mature, low pump frequency, safe and reliable, low energy consumption.

Q3: What is the warranty period of the machine?

Q4: What's the order procedure?

A4: First we discuss order details, and production details by email or WhatsApp. Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make a prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-30 days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

 

Q5: How do you take care when your clients receive defective products?

A5: First of all, we will do our best to ensure that the products we send to our customers are in good condition. Secondly, in the event of a situation such as that described in the question, we will send a replacement to the customer in the next shipment. Or deduct this part of the payment.
