Hydraulic Choke Manifold Control Panel by Shenyang Xinyulin adopts mature air‑hydraulic drive, enabling remote control of hydraulic choke valves and real‑time display of standpipe pressure, casing pressure and valve position. It is critical for bottomhole pressure balance and well kick/blowout prevention, widely used in onshore & offshore drilling, well testing and workover.

1. The multi-parameter real-time monitoring system collects stand-up pressure data through hydraulic sensors, and presents it with a 360° pointer-type large display. The highest resolution is 20 PSI, the readings are clear, no power supply is required, and it is explosion-proof and safe.
2. The remote precise control of the three-position four-way manual directional valve enables remote speed regulation and positioning of the throttle valve. The control distance can reach 30-50 meters. The valve position switching is accurate and the operation is stable.
3. In case of emergency, the backup manual hydraulic pump can directly provide power to complete the valve position adjustment and ensure no shutdown and no interruption of work when the pneumatic hydraulic pump fails.
4. When the oil pressure is low, the automatic pressure replenishment and safety protection system automatically starts to replenish pressure; it integrates overpressure / pressure relief protection, and automatically disengages abnormal high pressure to prevent equipment overload.
5. The explosion-proof and extreme environment-adapted hydraulic sensor is naturally explosion-proof. An optional heating system is available to ensure the viscosity of the hydraulic oil and the smoothness of the air path in low-temperature areas, avoiding ice blockage.
6. The expandable configuration supports pressure gauges for mud gas separators, pump stroke counters, nitrogen cylinders, insulation heating, multi-valve interlocking, etc.
