Pneumatic Pressure Transmitter
Pneumatic shock resistant pressure transmitter is a device that can convert high pressure in pipelines into LP pressure signals, used for pressure detection in harsh environments. It can be used in conjunction with the choke manifold control panel to achieve real-time monitoring for mud pressure in casing and standpipe, which is particularly important in oil drilling operations because it can help operators timely know about the downhole pressure situation to take corresponding measures to ensure the safety of drilling operations.
Hydraulic Pressure Transmitter
The vibration-proof pressure sensor is used in conjunction with the throttle manifold control box and uses hydraulic oil as transmission medium. On the panel of the control box, the standpipe pressure, casing pressure, and hydraulic throttle valve opening/closing position can be displayed, and besides, by equipping the pump stoke counter, the number of strokes and stroke frequency of the three mud pumps can also be displayed separately, all of which are crucial for maintaining the balance of bottomhole pressure. It is a necessary equipment for successfully controlling well surges and blowouts.

How to Calibrate a Pressure Sensor
To determine whether the wiring is correct, the transmitter has a current (two-wire), voltage (three-wire) output.
The specific adjustment: A zero point correction of the transmitter B pressurized calibration, the actual calibration weight value / display value = FC full scale correction (0-1.5).
Regular pressurization and return to zero Check the sensor linearity and repeatability to determine the stability of the sensor.
