Brief introduction
The valve position transmitter is used in conjunction with the throttle manifold control box to display the hydraulic throttle valve opening/closing position on the operation panel, enabling operators to monitor and control the working status of the throttle manifold in real time.
Performance and features
The extended end of the piston rod of the hydraulic throttle valve is in contact with the mandril of the valve position transmitter, so that the valve opening/closing state is transmitted to the valve position transmitter through the displacement of the piston rod in the form of mechanical force, after which the valve position transmitter converts the received mechanical force into air pressure signal and sends the signal to the valve opening gauge on the hydraulic control box to display the opening position of the hydraulic throttle valve with the change of air pressure, enabling the operators to adjust the bottomhole pressure to ensure the safety and efficiency of the operation.
