Mud Pump Stroke Counter
The pump stroke counter is used to measure the number of strokes and number of strokes per minute (i.e. pump stroke frequency) of reciprocating mud pump, can display the total number of strokes and number of strokes per minute of three mud pumps, providing accurate data such as the amount of mud injected into the wellbore and injecting speed for drillers. It has memory function, moisture-proof and waterproof function, and explosion-proof performance.
Pump Counter Signal Cable
The pump stroke signal cable is to transmit the signal of the pump stroke sensor to the pump stroke display panel. It is a signal transmission tool, consisting of waterproof connector, main cable, explosion-proof distribution box, branch cable, pump stroke sensor, and sensor bracket. It is divided into two types, general type and marine type, which are respectively suitable for land and marine environments.
Pump Counter Sensor
The pump stroke sensor is used to detect the number and frequency of plunger actions of mud pumps. It is divided into two types, mechanical type (stroke switch) and magnetic induction type (Hall sensor). The mechanical type sensor outputs passive contact signals, while magnetic induction type sensor outputs 3VDC square wave signals, both of which can provide reliable and accurate measurement signals for pump stroke counters and have been widely applied in the automation control system in hazardous industries like petroleum, chemical, and coal mining.
