Pump Counter Sensor

The pump stroke sensor is used to detect the number and frequency of plunger actions of mud pumps. It is divided into two types, mechanical type (stroke switch) and magnetic induction type (Hall sensor). The mechanical type sensor outputs passive contact signals, while magnetic induction type sensor outputs 3VDC square wave signals, both of which can provide reliable and accurate measurement signals for pump stroke counters and have been widely applied in the automation control system in hazardous industries like petroleum, chemical, and coal mining.

1. Mechanical type (stroke switch)

The mechanical type sensor (stroke switch) is designed for safe control in explosive gas or dust environments, with a complete range of models that can be selected and configured according to different working environments and needs and featuring in high reliability and excellent explosion-proof performance.

2. Magnetic induction type (Hall sensor)

The Hall proximity switch is a non-contact electronic switch based on the Hall effect principle. It adopts intrinsic safety explosion-proof design and can detect the magnetic field of the magnet installed on the objects being tested and generate square wave signals. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, fast response speed, stable and reliable operation, strong anti-interference ability, and long service life.
