Since the beginning of this year, CNOOC Tianjin Company has focused on the core goal of increasing oil and gas reserves and production, comprehensively promoted the implementation of the four major development strategies of "stabilizing old oilfields, accelerating new oilfields, breaking through hard-to-produce reserves, and strengthening natural gas", innovatively built a full-process management model of "planning-execution-tracking-adjustment" for oil and gas production, accurately judged the production operation situation, scientifically allocated production resources, and promoted the solid implementation and effective results of various strategies. Benefiting from precise control and technological breakthroughs, in the first quarter of this year, the Bohai Oilfield, which is responsible for exploration, development, production management and operation by the company, successfully achieved a "good start" in oil and gas production, laying a solid foundation for the annual increase of oil and gas reserves and production.
As the "main battlefield" for increasing domestic oil and gas reserves and production, the Bohai Oilfield shoulders an important mission of ensuring energy security. CNOOC Tianjin Company has always focused on the core task, deeply explored resource potential, targeted and solved production bottlenecks, and made every effort to stabilize the production scale. In response to the current situation of low production degree and rich remaining oil in Block 10-4 of Luda 10-1 Oilfield, the company took precise measures to launch the comprehensive adjustment project of the block, and promoted the transformation of resource potential into actual production capacity by deepening geological and reservoir research and optimizing well location deployment. In the first quarter of this year, the first batch of development wells of the project were successfully put into production, with the daily oil production per well exceeding 100 cubic meters, achieving a good start in block potential tapping.
To promote the "dual improvement" of production scale and quality efficiency of the Bohai Oilfield, CNOOC Tianjin Company broke down departmental barriers, coordinated the forces of Bozhong Operation Company, Bohai Petroleum Research Institute and Engineering Technology Operation Center to carry out joint research. Focusing on the key topic of potential tapping in old oilfields, it continuously promoted the treatment of low-yield and inefficient wells and optimized the sidetracking reservoir scheme, enabling old oilfields to continuously release production capacity through technological empowerment. After technical transformation, the daily oil production of some wells with sidetracking measures exceeded 100 cubic meters, with remarkable water control and oil increase effects, further consolidating the stable production foundation of old oilfields.
In terms of the development of key oil and gas fields, the company adheres to the principle of "one well, one policy and precise measures" and continuously optimizes the production and operation model. At Bozhong 19-6 Condensate Gas Field, the first 100-billion-cubic-meter large gas field in the Bohai Sea, front-line operators innovatively adopted measures such as intelligent control and cyclic gas injection, which greatly improved the production time rate. In response to the large difference in gas-oil ratio of oil wells on the WHPM platform of the gas field, the operation team accurately adjusted production parameters and continuously optimized the production system of each well. On the premise of ensuring the stable total gas production of the wellhead platform, the daily oil production increased by nearly 200 cubic meters, realizing the coordinated increase of oil and gas production.
At the same time, various blocks made efforts in multiple directions and carried out precise potential tapping, promoting the continuous improvement of the oil and gas production situation. In the first quarter of this year, Bozhong 25-1 South Oilfield strictly implemented the oil stabilization and water control strategy, refined the whole production process, and the cumulative oil production of multiple wells exceeded 300,000 cubic meters; the project team of Nanpu 35-2 Oilfield relied on advanced technologies such as horizontal well pattern reconstruction to achieve the dual goals of potential tapping and efficiency improvement in old oilfields, rejuvenating the old oilfields; the F Block of Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield actively promoted advanced technologies such as separate zone sand control and precise water injection, with the daily oil increase of a single benefited well group exceeding 20 cubic meters, and the production and operation quality and efficiency continued to improve; the ultra-heavy oil block in North Luda 5-2 optimized the wellbore viscosity reduction scheme, increasing the viscosity reduction rate to more than 90%, and the total daily oil increase of 3 wells exceeded 110 cubic meters, successfully solving the problem of heavy oil exploitation and providing reference experience for the development of similar blocks.
The "good start" in the first quarter is a vivid practice of CNOOC Tianjin Company's in-depth oil and gas development, strengthened technological innovation and optimized management model. In the next step, the company will continue to focus on the core task of increasing reserves and production, further deepen technological breakthroughs, optimize production layout, continuously release the resource potential of the Bohai Oilfield, and contribute CNOOC's strength to ensuring national energy security.
