QST-140J Pneumatic Test Pump | Rated at 140 MPa, Reinforcing Confidence for Well Control Safety Boasting a maximum working pressure of 140 MPa (20,000 Psi) and a two-stage pressure intensification ratio design (low pressure stage 1:60, high pressure stage 1:250). Equipped with 0.5-class high-precision pressure sensors and a circular chart recorder, it archives complete test curves for every pressure test. Fitted with a 304 stainless steel enclosure, it reliably operates in field and offshore environments ranging from -20℃ to 55℃.
QYA-70B Choke Manifold Control Box | Compliant with API Spec 16C, Enabling Precise Remote Pressure Regulation Manufactured in strict accordance with API Spec 16C Standard for Choke and Kill Systems. It remotely controls dual hydraulic choke valves via pneumatic-hydraulic actuation. Real-time readouts of standpipe and casing pressure are provided with 0.5-class measurement accuracy, alongside automatic pressure replenishment by accumulators. Rated IP56 for environmental protection, the unit withstands harsh working conditions from -20℃ to +70℃ and fully complies with onshore oilfield HSE requirements.
Both units feature bilingual Chinese-English nameplates and are delivered with a full set of Chinese and English technical documentation, meeting international project delivery standards to safeguard well control safety for overseas drilling activities.
