The counting unit is internally integrated with a multi-channel intrinsically safe isolation mechanism, featuring native compatibility with mainstream international two-wire intrinsically safe signal standards. Existing imported proximity sensors on-site, including in-service products from top global brands, can be directly connected and instantly commissioned without any intermediate links.
No sensor replacement, no pump body modification, no mounting position relocation. The entire upgrade is merely a lightweight meter head replacement.
The external power supply design provides sufficient performance margin: the wide-voltage input adapts to global power grid variations, the high-frequency response copes with high-speed pump operating conditions, and the power-off self-memory function withstands wellsite power fluctuations. Equipped with a flameproof enclosure, fully sealed structure and stainless steel body, it is tailor-made for harsh operating environments.

It achieves complete electrical isolation of on-site intrinsically safe signals and accurately transmits signals to the counting terminal.
A single conversion device supports the metering link of three pumps. The counting terminal adopts a self-sustaining low-power design with no need for external power wiring.
