1. Materials used to make rubber hose
- Natural rubber: Mino epoxy coal tar pitch, unsaturated polyester, natural rubber, polyvinyl chloride, chloroprene rubber, etc.
- Synthetic rubber: styrene-butadiene rubber, oil and various natural rubber resins.
- Chloroprene rubber: styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene synthetic wax, vulcanized wax, rubber resin.
- Blended rubber: refers to the rubber obtained by mixing two or more and adding adhesives, additives or glue to make a mixed rubber.
- Corrugated rubber: refers to a rubber elastomer with a pattern. Corrugated rubber has excellent elasticity, wear resistance and weather resistance. It is generally used in places with high requirements for mechanical shock absorption and sealing, such as automobiles, ships, airports, etc.
2. Production process and technology
Production process: The rubber raw material is rubber powder, which is mixed evenly, and an appropriate amount of solvent (methanol, ethanol, organic solvent) is added, heated to 100℃~150℃, and then pressed into filaments or formed with a mold. Then put it into the mold, use the pressure of the mold to stretch it to form a hose; blow the stretched hose away with a hair dryer, then cool it to room temperature with the mold, and then firmly bond it to the skeleton material. Generally, the rubber hose is directly glued to the skeleton during the production process; therefore, when making the rubber hose, special glue and various rubber materials should be used for bonding. If a non-oily adhesive is used, it can be wiped with a clean cloth dipped in gasoline or acetone.
3. Installation precautions
The installation of the rubber hose should be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements, and it must be checked before installation to ensure that there are no problems before installation. The rubber hose cannot come into contact with flammable materials, otherwise an accident will occur. Because the rubber hose has a strong ability to resist external temperature changes and corrosion. Therefore, during the installation process, attention should be paid to the dangers caused by improper use. It should be noted that the rubber hose cannot directly contact the interface on the rubber hose to prevent damage to the hose.
